ADIS (Restaurant Operations Platform) is a reactive SaaS restaurant operations management platform built from scratch for modern restaurants, cafes and multi-branch food and beverage chains.
Pure SaaS architecture developed entirely with Laravel 12, Livewire 3.5, Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS v4 instead of heavy and cumbersome management panel packages; It delivers a zero-latency, instant reactive experience at the desk, at the checkout, and in the kitchen.
Platform; It includes a hall-based visual table map (POS), a Kitchen Screen (KDS) with 5-second dynamic attendance and delay alerts, bill tracking with 80mm thermal receipt output, a dynamic QR Menu & Order system where guests at the table can order without installing an application, and a smart waiter/account call center.
With its interactive recipe creator and cost engine, it instantly calculates the raw material cost per portion (meat, cheese, flour, etc.) and gross profit margin, and automatically deducts it from the stock in every order. It has bilingual (Turkish & English) full localization and the ability to switch branches with one click.
